House File 139 mandates all employers, regardless of size, to provide broad based mental health coverage to employees.  The legislation repeals the 2005 law passed to cover the eight (8) biologically-based mental illnesses and replaces the legislation with a bill that would mandate all illnesses be covered, including substance abuse, anorexia and bulimia to name a few>>>
