EPIC
to Meet-Set Candidate
Interview On
Friday, members of Economic Progress for Iowa
Citizens (EPIC) will meet to finalize an
interview schedule for legislative candidates
who are running in open seats. Since last week's
Legislative News, the number of open legislative
seats has grown to 17 with the announcement
by Rep. Kerry Burt (D-Waterloo) that he
will not seek re-election.

Iowa Industry PAC (IIPAC) chaired by Kirk Tyler
(Atlantic Coca-Cola Bottling), is scheduled to
meet on Tuesday, April 20th. The
meeting will be the first of 2010 and the IIPAC
Board will review fundraising efforts, as well a
make a preliminary review of candidates in key
