Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act
(PPACA)
Regulations released on June
17th have added much needed clarity
related to losing "Grandfathered" status due to
changes in group insurance policies an employer
or association may choose to make. The
intent of this ABI Health Reform Reference
Center update is to provide a general overview
of those changes to policy provisions, which may
