many of us are navigating a busy summer, we have
just begun a new fiscal year at ABI. That's
an exciting time for us and we hope it is for

exciting because it provides another opportunity
to do things even bigger and better. Thanks
to strong leadership from the board of
directors, ABI is doing very well. Sarah
McDonald Hasken of A.Y. McDonald Mfg. Co. in
Dubuque is the new Chair of the ABI Board of
Directors and Sarah is leading us to a year that
promises to focus on member service and value.

but does not lend itself to opening new

are risks and downsides to its use.

1. DO: Adopt
a user policy for instant messaging.
