Environmental Protection
Commission Considers New
Rules
On Tuesday, July 20 the Iowa
Environmental Protection Commission (EPC) will
hold its monthly meeting in Windsor
Heights.
The EPC has many items on the agenda
including a Notice of Intended Action related to
PSD and Title V Greenhouse Gas Tailoring
Rule.
