participated in the annual state forum hosted by
the National Council on Compensation Insurance
(NCCI) last Thursday. NCCI,
which collects claim data from across the
country, has recommended to the Iowa Insurance
Commissioner a 4.7% increase in workers'
compensation premium effective January 1,
