students now! Business Horizons (BH) is a
week long summer program available to students
who are currently 9-12 graders across the state
to learn about value-centered entrepreneurship,
financial literacy, leadership, teamwork and
goal setting skills. It provides them with
essential fundamentals on how to achieve goals
and reach new heights. BH is beneficial to all
students regardless of their field of
interest.
Students
will:

Develop
a product with a team

Make
financial decisions (via a business simulation)
about their operations

Create
a marketing plan and infomercial
·
Prepare
and deliver a 10 minute formal presentation to
investors
·
Meet
influential business professionals
·
Boost
college and job applications (two hours of
college credit available)
·
Make
friends from across the state
